We encourage you to contact us first, as our experience shows that many issues can be resolved online.

Every purchase on shav.com comes with full protection. You have 30 days to make a return without stating a reason. The product must be in working order and unused (we are dealing here with hygienic products that come into contact with the skin). If you have any problems using the device, we encourage you to contact us first, as we know from experience that many problems can be solved.

How to make a return?
1. Print and fill out the complaint form (available for download below)
2. Pack the shipment securely and include the complaint form inside.
3. Send the ready-to-ship package to the provided return address. Shipments sent to a Parcel Locker WILL NOT be collected.
Returns are processed within 14 days from the date the package is delivered to the company’s headquarters.
